2. Fine Art Prints & Purchases
All botanical prints and original artworks available in our shop are carefully inspected before packaging to ensure they meet our studio's standards.
- Orders & Fulfillment: Orders are processed within standard business hours. As our prints are delicate, they are packaged with the utmost care to prevent transit damage.
- Returns & Exchanges: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of receipt with photographic evidence so we may arrange a replacement. Standard returns for change of mind are not accepted on limited edition pieces.
- Color Representation: We strive to accurately represent the warm paper creams, sage greens, and blush accents of our artwork online; however, slight variations may occur depending on your individual screen settings.
3. Illustration Workshops
Our creative illustration workshops are designed to provide a delicate, hands-on learning experience focused on botanical drawing techniques.
- Booking & Attendance: Your place in a workshop is confirmed only upon full payment. All necessary drawing materials are provided by the studio unless otherwise stated in the workshop description.
- Cancellations: If you must cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a studio credit. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
- Studio Environment: We foster a quiet, focused, and respectful natural-light environment for all attendees. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.
4. Custom Commissions
Commissioning an original botanical illustration involves a collaborative and structured process to ensure the final piece aligns with your vision.
- Process & Timeline: Upon agreement of the subject matter and dimensions, a non-refundable deposit is required before preliminary sketches commence. Lead times vary based on the complexity of the piece and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Copyright & Reproduction: Fern & Folio retains full copyright and reproduction rights to all original artwork and custom commissions. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from the studio.
